What to Expect: Ladysmith Medical Center provides outstanding health care in a family-centered environment. For their first visit, patients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork and provide insurance information. Payment or co-payment is due at time of service.
Hours: Evening hours available.
Monday 8 am - 5 pm
Tuesday 8 am - 7 pm
Wednesday-Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
Parking: Parking is available in front of our office, with handicap spots available as well.
Cell Phones: Cell phones may be used in lobby only. Please turn them off when seeing the doctor.

Children: We treat children and adults. Children under 16 need to be accompanied by a parent or a note from the parent stating who will bring the child in for evaluation and treatment. Children may accompany adult patients but must be supervised at all times.
Services: The Ladysmith Medical Center is located at the intersection of Routes 1 and 639. We are open on Tuesday evenings until 7 pm for our patients' convenience.
We provide comprehensive health care for the entire family, with an emphasis on preventive health and wellness.
Staffed by experienced physicians and nurses, the center is equipped to perform a wide range of procedures, from physical examinations to treatment of acute and chronic illnesses and minor injuries.
We also offer immunizations for patients of all ages as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and the American Academy of Family Practitioners. |
